Former First Lady Melania Trump has launched an Independence Day commemorative non-fungible token (NFT) collection stored on Solana (SOL), a popular Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain. This double-sided 3D digital card collection includes 7 different designs featuring iconic U.S. landmarks such as Mount Rushmore, the Liberty Bell & the Statue of Liberty, accompanied by a patriotic music soundtrack. Each card is capped at 3,000 and can be purchased for $50 with either a crypto wallet or debit card.

Solana’s Price Spikes Amid News

The news of Melania’s NFT launch had a positive impact on Solana’s price, causing it to spike 16% in the last 24 hours and reach its two-week high of $18.63 according to CoinGecko. It is now heading towards the upper support line of $20 that hasn’t been seen since July 7th 2023.
