28.10.2009 Helsinki, Finland – Aito Technologies Oy, developer of customer experience management software, has signed a product delivery agreement with TDC Oy Finland, one of the leading communication solution providers in Finland’s b2b market, for Aito business driven CEM tool. The agreement is a continuation to a 3-week pilot period during which TDC could witness the benefits that Aito’s tool brings to the business.
CEM stands for Customer Experience Management and with Aito CEM, TDC will be able to analyse in-depth its mobile business customers and their behaviour, allowing an even deeper understanding of its customers’ business and what services to offer. More specifically, TDC will have a holistic view on its customers’ service usage and the generated revenue. The tool will act as a support for their sales and marketing teams in terms of following and analyzing the profitability of campaigns and other activities on the network.
Aito CEM business analytics tool is quick to take into use and gives a hand to operators and service providers in following more effectively their business and customer experience. Aito uses operator’s existing data and packages the relevant information into a dynamic view where stakeholders can easily go and check profitability and trend analyses as well as the status of customer usage and experience.
