Aito shortlisted at World Vendor Awards

Aito Technologies has been shortlisted at the World Vendor Awards, in the category of Best Support System.

Aito is among 4 companies with its Customer Experience Analytics product suite. Organised by Total Telecom, the winner will be announced on 5^th of May, in London at a gala dinner held at the Swan at the Globe.

In its application Aito emphasized its ability to combine customer behaviour and experience data with revenue information. Clearly pinpointing and discovering experience issues and how they affect the bottom line in an easy-to-use format.
