Aito and Blyk to Present at TM Forum Management World 2009

Aito Technologies will participate in TM Forum Management World 2009 in Nice, France, 4-8 May. Aito CEO Anssi Tauriainen will be joined by Juha Meronen, Business Manager of Customer Care at Blyk, the free mobile service for young people funded by advertising. They will present a Blyk case study in the Forum’s Customer Experience Summit. The case study will cover how Blyk and Aito are utilising existing infrastructure to analyse each customer’s behaviour individually, and use that information to steer new customer acquisition, keep existing customers, improve quality and optimise service offering.
