Aito Technologies is a company opening a new era of Customer Experience Management (CEM) to mobile operators in global markets. Aito’s novel and unique approach to analyzing and reporting customer behavior and customer experience helps operators boost their service usage, improve operational efficiency and increase profits. To respond to the increasing demand of its solutions, Aito is now looking for high-performing and enthusiastic software developers to join its international and professional R&D team.

What we are looking for

As a software developer you will work as a part of a professional product development team. In particular, your responsibility will be defining, designing and implementing new features and maintaining existing software. In addition to the core product development, the work will include customer specific customization development projects. Your future work role and responsibilities can naturally be tailored according to your own aspirations and skills.

We expect that you are ready to work in dynamic and challenging, but also very rewarding environment. If you are looking for static environment with daily routines, this is not a job for you. We hope that you have hands-on experience of software development and above all desire to learn new things.

Key competences and qualifications

As an ideal candidate, you have knowledge in:
- Java
- MySQL, SQL-language
- Windows platforms

Knowledge in the following areas is appreciated as well:
- User GUI design and implementation skills
- Usability experience
- Telecom protocols and technologies (WAP,GPRS, MMS, SMS, Voice)
- Knowledge of development tools such as Eclipse, NetBeans, SVN
- JUnit
- Linux
