Mr. Henri Rantalainen

Henri is the chairman of the board. He is currently the managing director of Professia, a company focusing on the business development of emerging technology companies. Henri has over 20 years’ working experience from leading companies such as Nokia Networks and US-based EDA software vendor Synopsys, where he held several senior management posts. He has also co-founded a high-growth company Smartech, which Synopsys acquired in 1999. Henri is a board member of FogScreen and Mandrel. He holds MSc. in electrical engineering from Tampere University.

Mr. Carl-Henrik Wallin

Carl-Henrik is a partner at Hannes Snellman, one of the leading Finnish law firms focusing on transactions and conflict management. He has also worked for the Institute for International Economic Law and UPM-Kymmene. His expertise is in M&A and Companies Law and he has published several text books, articles and other publications relating to competition law including a book on Finnish merger control. Carl-Henrik has graduated from the University of Amsterdam (LL.M) and University of Helsinki (Master of Laws).

Mr. Jorma Heinonen

Jorma is an active and established ICT professional with over 25 years of industry experience. He is currently working as a board member of Digital Route, a Swedish company providing mediation systems to telecom network and service providers worldwide, and also a board member of Movial which is a Finnish company developing IP communication software for network equipment manufacturers, device manufacturers and operators worldwide. Jorma has also served in executive positions at Netseal, Jertec and Digital and was a key member of the executive team of Comptel Corporation, taking the company public in 1999.

Mr. Jari Mieskonen

Jari is the recently nominated Managing Partner of Conor Venture Partners. His expertise is in financing and technology management. Prior to joining Conor he worked for nine years as partner and investment director at Eqvitec, where he was responsible for ICT, mobile and services-related investments. Jari has also worked as director at Sitra and as the chairman of board in companies such as Aplac Solutions (AWR), Ionific (Botnia Hightech), Smartner (Seven Networks) and Selmic. He holds MSc. in production economics from Helsinki University of Technology.

Mr. Daniel Blomquist

Daniel is Associate at Creandum, an Aito investor. He brings solid start-up experience from the software and telecom industry to Aito. Prior to joining Creandum, he was Vice President at Ascade and was developing the company from a small consultancy firm to an international software company with customers worldwide. Daniel has lived and worked in the US, Middle East and Europe. He holds MSc. in industrial engineering and management from Linköping Institute of Technology and EPFL in Lausanne and MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
